hobie power skiff transom replacement
This is a hobie power skiff i picked up a little while ago : it’s done ! transom replacement - console rebuild - too many glass repairs to count and a few modifications - rewired and repowered too boat was a giant hacked up mess when i picked it up, “ butchered” would’ve been an understatement. Rare 16 ft hobie power skiff with 60 hp 4-stroke yamaha/merc and well equipped. this hobie was nicely upgraded 3 years ago with the 60 hp 4-stroke engine built by yamaha for mercury so parts can be available from yamaha or mercury very low hours less than 100 on motor power trim and tilt with remote steering and shifting at console. For anyone interested, i've just listed a 1985 hobie power skiff for sale on seattle's craigs list with 1985 mariner 75, 2001 ez-loader trailer for $4800. the hobie has a custom mahogany dash with two storage compartments (one lockable), dual battery switch, everything rewired, and lots of new and add ons. see my ad for more info and pics..
